Mark has worked in the restaurant and hospitality space for over 20 years. He joined Pepsi’s restaurant division in April 1994 in Supply Chain before the business was spun off to Yum Brands. He held several roles in Supply Chain for both KFC and Pizza Hut before becoming Director Supply Chain in Central Europe where he was based in Warsaw for more than 2 years. He returned to the UK to head up various geographic regions within the European Franchise Business Unit before becoming COO running the $1.2 billion business covering nearly 1200 restaurants across 27 countries. Mark left Yum in 2010 to set up his own business, Kikkirossi a boutique consultancy specialising in restaurants, brand development and franchising. Mark also worked with Sbarro in 2010 helping them develop their International business. With Kikkirossi, Mark has worked on numerous projects with brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Paul, Steak n Shake, Applebees, IHOP as well as numerous PE firms focused on the restaurant sector. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience from the industry.
