Our role as recruitment consultants is to understand our clients’ needs and search out the right people who can enhance and drive the culture of success through strategic people management.
We believe we are unique in our assessment process. It ensures both client and candidate receive professional insight, built upon our consultants’ wealth of expertise and supported by up-front, objective psychometric testing programmes provided by SHL – and all at no extra cost to our clients.
During the briefing process we use diagnostic techniques to assist consultants and line managers to identify the key behavioural attributes required to be successful in the role. Candidates undertake psychometric testing using OPQ 32i online and following assessment, the resulting insights on their match to profile are discussed and fed back both in an assessment report and during our structured interviews.
Our experience has shown the combined strengths of psychometric testing and structured interviewing pay dividends in terms of candidate relationships. From our UK and European clients’ perspective these early insights enable us to ‘raise the bench’ at shortlist.
Naturally we want to offer seamless support to our clients’ internal process so where appropriate, we employ alternative psychometric testing methodologies and other industry-respected tools and have the flexibility to manage and develop assessment centres in the UK and Europe. |
