The client had undertaken a strategic review of its entire HR operation resulting in the need to recruit a significant number of new HR executive positions. SyBlue were called in towards the end of this campaign, to recruit the remaining ‘hard to fill’ positions that the client’s usual recruiters were unable to complete. The new culture required an uncompromising, high potential, commercially oriented candidate profile, often based in difficult locations. The situation was further complicated by a run of bad publicity.
SyBlue completed on all these positions within the agreed timetable. Subsequently these candidates have performed above their peer group, have all been promoted and represent most of the high potential succession pool. |
