Global HR Director

This is an opportunity to shape the Global HR Strategy in the world's most famous on-line communications business and part of a NASDAQ 100 listed group.

The organisation is a market leader in its sector having won numerous awards for innovation within its industry. The business is highly profitable and rapidly expanding through acquisitions and the establishment of new operations globally.

The business, growth is driving the expansion of the HR team and impact that HR strategy must have within the business. Central to the role will be the development of truly global HR strategies and policies to ensure a high performance culture.

The HR agenda has a strong emphasis upon empowerment, quality, productivity, goal attainment and the ongoing development of a superior workforce. You will provide hands-on leadership to drive quality delivery of programs in areas such as global employment, leadership & Development, ER and performance management.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in increasingly responsible management roles in HR in a mix of progressive Fortune 500 as well as rapidly growing, mid-stage companies. Alongside a proven track record of successful design and implementation of a top notch global HR strategy with the ability to act both strategically and "hands-on" tactically.
