HR Manager/Partner

£45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits + bonus

Location: London

Our client is part of a global fmcg business and one of the UK's leading food companies. The organisation has undergone an impressive transformation programme that has positioned HR as the guardian of change and pivotal to the future direction of the business. This is a forward thinking organisation where change, leadership and innovation are at the top of the agenda. The UK business has sales turnovers of around £500 million and approximately 6000 employees.

Part of a FTSE 100 group, we are seeking ambitious HR professionals who understand how to translate the business needs into great people plans and produce demonstrable results.

We are looking for HR Business Partners/ Managers with a strong track record of delivering change and making a difference to business performance. Whilst your technical expertise in HR is clearly important, your ability to understand and influence the business is critical.

If you can identify with the challenge, have relevant experience, preferably with a blue chip manufacturer or retailer, then we would like to hear from you.
