Mark is a graduate Chartered Accountant, a member of the CIPD and Level A&B BPS qualified. He is an experienced recruitment professional whose 15 years in the industry have encompassed multi-level UK and European assignments for global employers. Prior to establishing SyBlue in 2000 he was a Partner of Howgate Sable, a middle management search and selection practice and was a main board director of Robert Walters.

Andrew Patrick
Non Executive Director
Andrew has 25 years experience as an HR specialist in a variety of multi-national businesses living and working in Asia, USA and most parts of Europe. His most recent ‘client-side’ roles include VP of HR for Pepsico Restaurants and Group HRD for Allied Domecq and Telewest Communications. Andrew’s focus is strategic HR issues and board level people solutions.

Louisa is a Psychology graduate with an MSc in Occupational Psychology and level A & B BPS qualified. She has a particular interest in Organisational Development and change, reflected in her recent thesis focusing upon employees' willingness to support organisational change.
