Our
client is the UK division of a market leading,
£12bn corporate services company.
The group operates in over 70 countries
with over 200,000 employees.
The
UK business has been through complete transformation
under the direction of the new Chief Executive.
As a consequence of the transformation process
and return of the company to growth the
organisation is transforming their HR function.
The HR senior executive team has been completely
changed with some exceptional external hires.
There
are still a number of challenges facing
the business, it is paramount that a sound
resourcing strategy is defined, implemented
and managed, thus improving service and
delivery practices to meet future needs
of business.
Central
to the opportunity will be working with
business segments HR Directors to understand
the service context and their Resourcing
requirements. Ensuring requirements are
met through the delivery of a service based
and clearly defined measurable targets.
You
will touch on the following HR key initiative
areas:
Leading
Edge Employee Resourcing
Effective
Values Based Employee engagement
Assessment
and Attraction
International
Mobility
Executive
Resourcing
In
addition the successful candidate will contribute
to general HR and Learning and Development
projects, thus ensuring a sophisticated
assessment driven resourcing function which
is not only aligned to the business but
HR strategy as a whole.
The
appropriate candidate will have experience
within a recruitment role within a highly
responsive, pro-active, customer-orientated
function. Of graduate calibre and ideally
level A & B qualified. You must have
resourcing experience, proven capability
and be confident with technical resourcing,
reporting and assessment.
