SyBlue+ Candidate Search
We identify and locate high-calibre candidates, with specific academic profiles and demonstrated commercial potential, via relevant university postgraduate networks, BPS (British Psychological Society) and other similar sources. Our search capability is underpinned by the fact that the SyBlue+ research personnel have emerged from this background themselves.
Assessment
Our role as recruitment consultants is to understand our clients' needs and to identify high potential individuals.
During the briefing process we use diagnostic techniques to assist consultants and line managers to identify key behavioural attributes required to identify individuals who can demonstrate transferable and relevant skills indicating their potential and value.
Candidates complete the OPQ 32i online and the resulting insights on their match to profile and their future capability are discussed and fed back both in report form and during our structured interviews.
