Mark Gilbert

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment sector. His track record is in start-ups and building boutique search businesses. He is the founder and MD of SyBlue and prior to this he was the joint founder of nbi an international generalist firm, a Partner at Howgate Sable and a main Board Director of Robert Walters.

He has a reputation of being direct and telling it “like it is”. This doesn’t suit everyone but it enables him to understand what “good looks like” in the murky world of so called “hi potential talent”.

Lisa Vigurs

Lisa has 11 years’ experience in managing and delivering above-expectation recruitment and talent development operations. She has worked in the Executive Search Industry partnering the assignment leaders in searches from management, to executive level hires in industries as diverse as QSR and Retail, to healthcare to IT.

Lisa’s initial industry experience was working in industry gaining first-hand experience of multinational organisations such as MCI WorldCom and CSC. Lisa is service orientated, delivering recruitment programmes to clients and managing their execution. She works both in the UK and across the globe with a large percentage of her experience in mainland Europe.

Mark Hilton

Mark has worked in the restaurant and hospitality space for over 20 years. He joined Pepsi’s restaurant division in April 1994 in Supply Chain before the business was spun off to Yum Brands. He held several roles in Supply Chain for both KFC and Pizza Hut before becoming Director Supply Chain in Central Europe where he was based in Warsaw for more than 2 years. He returned to the UK to head up various geographic regions within the European Franchise Business Unit before becoming COO running the $1.2 billion business covering nearly 1200 restaurants across 27 countries. Mark left Yum in 2010 to set up his own business, Kikkirossi a boutique consultancy specialising in restaurants, brand development and franchising. Mark also worked with Sbarro in 2010 helping them develop their International business. With Kikkirossi, Mark has worked on numerous projects with brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Paul, Steak n Shake, Applebees, IHOP as well as numerous PE firms focused on the restaurant sector. Mark brings with him a wealth of experience from the industry.

Claire Paramo

Claire Paramo has a fifteen year career in Executive Search and has specialised in the Human Resources market since 2003. Skilled in the identification and engagement of top-quartile HR leaders and emerging talent, Claire brings an extensive global network and established client base across a range of industry sectors.

Proven track record executing search assignments on behalf of clients such as BP, AstraZeneca, Tate & Lyle, Rolls Royce, Barclaycard and Motorola, along with a number of high growth SME’s and FTSE 250 organisations.

Ruth Parker

Ruth Parker has 20+ years of recruiting on both sides of the fence: internally for Informix (now IBM) and SME companies such as HSO (Dynamics AX gold partner) and PMC (retail IT consultancy). She has recruited from entry level candidates up to CEO position. Predominately IT and retail orientated with solid international experience particularly European, but the rest of the world has come into my sights on various assignments.

As long as it has a job title and the company has sufficient hooks to make it appealing to a candidate, I am confident in taking on an assignment that I can complete it.

Experienced in processing CV’s, approaching candidates at all levels, interviewing and evaluating and managing an offer to a start date.

Louisa Haining

Louisa has a BSc and MSc in Occupational Psychology from Nottingham University. Louisa commenced her career in Executive Search as a Researcher and has progressed through to Associate Partner.

She has specialised in a number of functional areas including HR, Marketing and General Management. Louisa has a track record of delivering searches across Europe and Asia for organisations such as eBay, GE, Vodafone, WorldPay, Perason, Skype and Shell.

In addition to traditional searches Louisa has delivered a range of talent programmes for both Shell and Vodafone as well as Assessment Programs for Clients.
